Read these carefully Terms and Conditions<\/strong>, as these conditions incorporate the basis on which reservations are accepted for the brands\/accommodations \u201cTemplo Hotels Group\u201d which constitute the two units \u201cTemplo Boutique Hotel\u201d and \u201cQuinta do Templo Country House\u201d belonging to the group EXCLUSIVABRIGO \u2013 Ind\u00fastria Hoteleira Lda. [1]. The Terms and Conditions below are for reservations made directly through the website of the \u201cTemplo Hotels Group\u201d at www.templohotelsgroup.pt.<\/p>

By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

All rates for reservations at a property owned by EXCLUSIVABRIGO \u2013 Ind\u00fastria Hoteleira Lda., are subject to a Cancellation Policy. If check-in is not carried out on the scheduled arrival date, a fee will be charged, as described in the Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, is involved in fraudulent or inappropriate activities, or the reservations contain or were the result of a mistake or error.
Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel or amend reservations if they do not comply with our terms and conditions. If a customer decides to shorten their stay or check out early, a fee will be applied in accordance with the Cancellation Policy associated with the booking rate.
In cases of cancellations of reservations mentioned above, EXCLUSIVABRIGO \u2013 Ind\u00fastria Hoteleira Lda. has no obligation to guarantee new available reservations or better rates. A new booking at the best available rate will have to be made by the guest at the time of the new booking.
In the \u201cNon-Refundable\u201d rate, payment must be made in full at the time of booking, and when canceling, the total amount will be lost.
In the \u201cRefundable\u201d rate, it is possible to cancel 5 days before the first night, after which the Non-Refundable rate conditions apply.
As a condition of using this site, the guest\/customer agrees to provide proof of payment to the reservations department of \u201cTemplo Hotels Group\u201d for the booking in the proof of payment. The guest\/customer will be fully responsible for any bank fees and\/or costs necessary to complete the bank fund transaction(s). Furthermore, the guest\/client acknowledges that the reservation may be canceled by the Accommodation if proof of payment is not sent to \u201cTemplo Hotels Group\u201d within the 48 hour notification period. The guest\/customer will be responsible for any cancellation or no-show penalties that may be incurred and acknowledge that the booking and personal contact information provided is correct for hotel validation purposes.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In the rare and unexpected event that the property cannot perform the previously confirmed accommodation, it will comply with its rules, assuming the obligation to transfer customers to an alternative property within EXCLUSIVABRIGO \u2013 Ind\u00fastria Hoteleira Lda. or another commercial partner of equal or higher level at no cost to the customer. If there is no property equal to or higher than the original booking, it may be necessary to provide a lower level property to clients. In that case, customers will be reimbursed for any cost savings. The alternatives presented are the responsibility of the Property. If the client chooses a property of a different level than the alternatives presented under this condition, the client will be obliged to pay any difference.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
